Warranty & Care Policy

Every Arena Palai piece is crafted with devotion and intention, and each one carries a promise of beauty that lasts. To honor that promise, we offer a one-year warranty that protects your piece against gold-plating changes or any unexpected damage.
If anything occurs within the first year of your purchase, we will repair your item with care—or replace it entirely—because your trust deserves nothing less.

Our return and care commitments are as follows:

  • Intimate Packaging Experience
    The unboxing of your jewelry is a personal moment. For this reason, the packaging must not be opened at the door with the courier present. It is part of the Arena Palai experience and essential to maintain return eligibility.

  • Return Eligibility
    Because our jewelry is considered an intimate personal item by law, returns are only accepted if there is a clear manufacturing defect present upon delivery.

  • Return Requirements
    If a defect exists, the return request must be made within 2–5 days of receiving your order. This request must include:
    • Clear photographs of the issue
    • An email sent to our official business email explaining the defect and confirming it arrived in that condition

  • Warranty After Delivery
    If any issue arises after delivery, and the item arrived in perfect condition, it will be fully covered under your one-year warranty, and we will restore it with the same dedication we put into creating it.
